We are excited to confirm that we have been awarded the Groundworks and Adoptable Infrastructure works for the new development for Keepmoat at the old Beanfield School Site.

The development consists of 80 new dwellings in total, with 3200m2 of adoptable infrastructure, including a complex, on-site storm water drainage system with controlled outflow, leading to an outfall into an existing sewer through an occupied residential area. The latter will be completed using an auger boring method due to the location of existing trees and to reduce inconvenience to local residents to an absolute minimum.

“It is great news for NRI not only to secure this contract but to have gained a new partnership with Keepmoat.  It’s pleasing that our hard work is paying off and we are entering into new endeavours with new clients based on recommendations from others.”
