Lagan Homes – Upton Way, Northampton

We have successfully handed over the first phase of works at our site in Upton, Northampton and on course to complete the second phase well within the required programme dates set by the client.

These phases consist of 39 plots being completed to oversite slab, with associated drainage, mass storm water storage, services and also included a large reduction of the existing ground levels and associated earthworks operation. Our original programme to complete phase one (15 plots) was 8 weeks. It was challenging especially taking into consideration the Christmas shut down, plus delays do to the freezing temperatures and the snow in January. However, it is a real testament to the hard work from everyone involved that we delivered this phase on time.

Thankfully the upturn in the weather has improved the site conditions and in turn we are now ahead of the overall programme. Our commitment to this job has led to receiving an order for the next next phase of works which consists of a further 29 plots and associated adoptable roads and sewers and ensures our presence on site for the foreseeable future.
