Lodge Park Homes – Broughton, MK

We are excited to have been awarded our first contract through Lodge Park Homes, in Broughton MK.

Lodge Park Homes were incorporated in 1998 and have built over 600 new homes in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas, and have recently moved into their new purposely built offices in Northampton.

The development is the latest parcel of land Lodge Park are developing in Broughton, and consists of foundations and oversites to 7 dwellings with associated drainage, services, external driveways, private paths and alterations to the exiting adoptable roads and footpaths.  There is also a preliminary visit to complete a sewer diversion and piling mat prior to the piling contractor commencing.
