Product Description Private Eye of Baker Street. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle was the Private Eye of Baker Street. A beautiful and unique Limited-Edition handcrafted fountain Pen. Only 24 sets worldwide are available. Both cap and shaft are made of `925`sterling Silver. The lower shaft has a barley engine turning pattern and also has the Big Ben engraved on it. It has then been lacquered with a translucent blue lacquer so you see the pattern through. The iconic crown at the lower base of the pen stands for Great Britain, home of the novel character Sherlock Holmes. The sterling silver cap also has a 0.11ct diamond in the top. This unique fountain pen has an 18ct gold nib. ( different nib sizes are available). An original writing fragment of Arthur Conan Doyle letter has been numbered individually and carefully mounted in the case. Acrylic glass protects it from exposure to UV light, moisture and mechanical damage.
